Pre-Tax Payment of Premiums: In order to save employee tax dollars, the employee paid portion of the premium for the following Medical/Dental benefits will be deducted from the employee's pay in pre-tax dollars.

1. Austin Medical/Dental Plans

   Austin offers a choice of two voluntary, comprehensive major medical/dental plans for which the employee contributes a portion of the monthly cost of the Plan and Austin contributes the remainder of the cost. These plans currently are fully insured by CIGNA. Plans currently available are: 1) the CIGNA Open Access Plus (OAP) Plan, and 2) the CIGNA Choice Fund High Deductible Plan with Health Savings Account (HSA)*. Both plans include dental coverage. The following matrix shows the monthly employee cost by coverage level effective January 1, 2011:
