Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems

Austin supported Northrop Grumman with the relocation of 13 laboratories supporting the B-2 Bomber program from Pico Rivera to Northrop Grumman facilities located in El Segundo, California.  The laboratories involved included Stereolithography, Mechanical Test, Environmental Test, and Instrumentation, among others.  Numerous hazardous materials were involved with this project including toxic and highly toxic gases, flammable gases and liquids, oxidizing gases, inert gases, propellants and other hazardous liquids and solids.

The centerpiece of the project was a 22,000 SF Systems Simulation Laboratory that allows the client to adapt to ever changing requirements while still maintaining the high security levels required by the United States Government.
