This project, awarded to Austin by Boeing through a design competition selection process, offers fitness center services to the 10,000 employees at the Long Beach production facilities.

The single-story, 14,000 SF project consists of a cardiovascular training area, strength/weight training area, aerobics studio, locker and shower rooms, and administrative spaces.  The weight room has a soaring overhead deck with exposed ductwork and pendant lighting fixtures.  The room is equipped with cushioned flooring, a sound system and excellent television viewing angles for members.

Exterior areas include a running trail, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court.  Provisions have been made for future extensions of the fields to include additional tennis courts and a multi-use soccer/football field.
