More than twice the size of the building it replaced, this 120,000 SF facility opened with 900 employees handling 1.2 million calls per month. It was designed to ultimately handle 3 million calls per month, and employ 2,000 people.
This facility processes domestic and international reservations and travel agency services. It contains special equipment that allows hearing-impaired customers to make flight reservations. |
