Master Planning

In order to assist the District in evaluating the feasibility of site adapting the “Mater Dei Gym design” to the Santiago Canyon College Campus, Austin developed alternative conceptual site master plans for the overall Athletic Complex.

Gymnasium, Fitness Center and Aquatics Complex

The Austin Company has been asked to provide planning, architectural design and engineering services for the Campus’ new Gymnasium and Aquatics Complex to support the school’s growing Athletic program needs. The new facility will contain a 3-court Gymnasium / Pavilion able to accommodate 2200 spectators.

To the north side of the Gymnasium and Fitness Center will be the aquatic center with a 10-lane, 25-yard by 25-meter swimming pool for water polo and competitive swimming.
