The Austin Company is near completion of a 145,000 SF new, Greenfield bakery for George Weston Bakeries. This bakery is designed to accommodate four production lines.

This project design includes structural system of concrete precast bearing walls and flat insulated metal roof deck for the process areas. The balance of the Building includes a pre-engineered framing system, roof and walls.

The mechanical system includes plumbing, heating, ventilating, limited air conditioning and fire protection systems with automatic sprinklers for the building and central system utilities for the process. Condensing units and their pumps, ventilators, air compressors, receiver, coalescing filter, desiccant dryer and oil separator, air handling units and their ductwork, and a central vacuum system are also included.
