Coca-Cola USA

The Massachusetts facility was formerly used for production of Coca-Cola carbonated beverages. The Texas plant most recently housed a clothing distribution operation. In accordance with Coca-Cola USA's fast-track schedule, construction was complete and equipment was installed in less than eight months after engineering began.

Both projects required complex engineering of HVAC, power distribution and plumbing systems to accommodate the installation of two hot-fill production lines. In addition to blending and filling, Austin's scope of work also encompassed: filler/capper rooms; a wastewater treatment plant consisting of a series of underground tanks; a steam boiler plant; cold storage rooms; and a quality control laboratory. Both facilities include areas for finished product warehousing and distribution.
