Jelly Belly Candy Company, maker of “The Original Gourmet Jelly Bean®,” is a massive $10 million warehousing and distribution facility, located on a 50-acre site, complete with a retail store and tour area.

Ragnar Benson, Inc., a former subsidiary of The Austin Company, provided overall design-build responsibility, general contracting and construction management services.

The new Jelly Belly Center is designed to meet current capacity requirements, provides flexibility to accommodate the company’s future growth plans and stores approximately 4.5 billion Jelly Belly® jelly beans.
