To meet anticipated production requirements as a result of a growing product demand, Mother Parkers needed to build a new roasting and distribution facility in a short amount of time.
The Austin Company’s Facilities Location Group conducted a study to determine the best location. After analyzing more than 20 states — evaluating critical factors such as transportation, utilities, labor and taxes — the group pinpointed Fort Worth. The Austin Company was then selected to design and build a $25 million plant. |
