The Austin Company provided site evaluation, facility programming, master planning, and schematic design services for this project.  The project is presently completing the city planning department approval process prior to proceeding with the preparation of construction documents.

The goals of the project are to consolidate the corporation’s various office and subsidiary locations from numerous owned and leased facilities across the city into a single location and to accommodate significant year-over-year growth.

The building complex is comprised of two, three-story buildings with an intervening and sheltered plaza, located on an eight-acre brownfield site.  The operations center includes a primary data center, contact center, other specialized functions, and general office space.
