Austin provided design and engineering services for this 400,000 SF, state-of-the-art, six-story data processing and systems development center.  The exterior design of the facility utilizes granite with different finishes, tinted glass, and terracing levels, not only to combat the harsh environmental elements, but to meet the client's request for "world class" architecture as well. 

This highly flexible facility has raised access flooring throughout, an extensive "pre-wired" telecommunication system, free lay carpet tile, demountable full height partitions, and systems furniture. To ensure continuous operations, a complete UPS and emergency power system was designed into the facility.
