The Austin Company provided architectural programming and design, engineering, security design, and construction for this information technology contact center, which is part of Southern California Edison’s Strategic Facilities Modernization Program.

This program involves the renovation of a one-million-square-foot corporate and general office campus on a 74-acre site, as well as regional offices and support centers. The general office campus is comprised of four main buildings; three of which are office buildings, and the fourth is an information technology operations center.
